The flavors were so decadent! Sweet, salty, fruity, cheesy, crispy. That was today. There’s lots of pictures so bear with me.
Breakfast: Vegan Strawberry Pop Tart Ice Cream Sandwich
vegan packet of unfrosted strawberry pop tarts, vegan strawberry ice cream ( I used coconut ice cream from Trader Joes)
Remove vegan ice cream from container by cutting the paper container away. Cut vegan ice cream long ways into 4 pieces. Put vegan ice cream between 2 vegan pop tarts. Garnish with sprinkles. ENJOY
Lunch: Vegan Mac n Cheese Fries
vegan frozen seasoned fries + vegan mac n cheese (I used daiya, soy & gluten free!) // here’s a recipe for a killer vegan cheese sauce made of plants, nothing processed & can be fat free!
Bake fries. Make vegan mac n chz. Combined. Garnish with pepper flakes. ENJOY
Dinner: Vegan Grilled Cheese + Avocado & Vegan Maple Bacon Chips
2 bread slices, 3 slices vegan cheddar (I used daiya since it’s soy free!), 1/2 avocado, spray oil or vegan butter, handful of potato chips (I used Kettle brand)
Place vegan cheese and avocado on bread. Spray surface or bread with some type of fat or oil. Grill bread til it’s golden & cheese melt is melted. A cold avocado can prevent the melting of vegan cheese if not grilled long enough. Cut in half and serve with chips. ENJOY
While editing the video I ate a small chocolate bar. I did not eat full portions of what I made. Since I’m in a calorie deficit I have to eat stupid low volumes of calorie rich foods. I eat a lot more 1/2 junk days than full junk days. Blah Blah Blah.
