Last week I made a Vegan Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Smoothie. That smoothie was out of this world. With that in mind I made this pumpkin smoothie. Holy hell, the full mouth feel and full body texture…. BAM! I wish I could write a whole speech about this smoothie but it’s seriously beyond words. Long story short, I love this drink & am completely blown away with how much I can improve a smoothie when I drift outside of the box.
1 cup almond milk, 138 grams or 1-1.5 frozen bananas, 1/2 can pumpkin, 20 grams or .25 cup oatmeal, 1 TB agave, .5 ts pumpkin spice, 10 grams or 1 TB hemp seeds
- Put 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 frozen large chopped banana in the blender. Blend til smooth.
- Add 1/2 can of pumpkin, 1/4 cup of oatmeal, 1 TB agave (or more), .5 ts pumpkin spice & 1 TB hemp seeds. Blend til smooth. ENJOY
