Vegan Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle Cookies - Rich Bitch Cooking Blog

Big shout out to life for throwing an easy cookie recipe my way. I’m a hell of a baker and not in a good way. These were really good. I do wish they were a little thicker but I’m super please with how easily these came together.

  1. Mix 3/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 ts eachย of baking soda, baking powder & cream of tarter
  2. Melt 1/4 cup of vegan butter with 1.5 TB “milk” (vanilla optional)
  3. Mix wet & dry till you have dough then roll 12 TB sized balls in a mix that is 50% spice & 50% white sugar (think cinnamon, clove, nutmeg)
  4. Place your balls on baking sheet and in the oven. I baked at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
