Worlds easiest Thai Peanut (No, Really It’s Almond Butter) Sauce. Pasta is underrated. If you eat gluten free pasta it will cost a little more but still it’s cheap as fuck. Damn near no clean up, takes 2 seconds to make, etc. Thai peanut sauce is great and using almond butter tastes even better. I imagine you already have these ingredients at your disposal. A tiny food processor or a miniature blender would be ideal for making this sauce but I have neither. This makes more than enough sauce for 4 oz of pasta. In the video I pour it on 8 ounces of pasta which was stretching it a little too far. I topped with sun dried tomatoes and basil.

  1. 2 TB almond butter (I used super thick almond butter)
  2. Mix with a half a lime, 1-2 TB soy sauce, finely grated ginger & 1 TB sweetener (I used agave)
  3. You can add water to thin it out but even a TB  of water can take it from too thick to too thin so add slowly
  4. Taste to make sure it’s sweet, salty and soy saucy enough. Add to pasta (or dig veggies in it) ENJOY

    • Hey thanks! I usually just buy the cheapest pasta I can find. Aldi sells 2 lbs for $1.50 I think. Aldi for the win!
