I’m giving instagram a go since I’m always on the look out for inspiring recipes. Dude, I had no idea instagramers were so mad crazy for oatmeal/porridge/granola with fruit. Can’t knock it til you try it & this morning I tried it. Holy shit that was good! I assume the rest of the world has already dipped their toe in this pool but here’s my first version of it. Hella quick to make and fast to clean up. My kind of meal!
- I poured 2 cups of granola in a bowl (1 cup is plenty)
- I added 1 cup of almond milk
- I added sliced bananas then topped them with almond butter, sliced almonds and chia seeds
- Garnished with grapes, blackberries & pomegranates. ENJOY!
