This recipe took just a few minutes to prep then 20 minutes to bake. It’s not only fast to make but fast to clean up. This came out way better than expected and I wished we had made more. 3 per person was not enough. Using yogurt thinned with milk was the best egg substitute for crispy chicken yet!
- 6 chicken tenders dipped in 1-2 TB yogurt thinned out with milk
- Crush 3 servings (ounces?) of flavored tortilla chips and mix with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Roll chicken in the breading and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees (I flipped them once) ENJOY
