I was making black bean brownies a bunch a few months ago. I loved them and made them a million times back to back. While processing the ingredients it seemed like, hey the “dough” could be frosting…or even pudding. FAT FREE, Bitch. Cheap, Bitch. 2 seconds to make, Bitch. So there. If you could eat a single can of beans in one sitting then you should find no reason to not eat endless amounts of frosting in one sitting.
- Rinse 1 can of black beans
- Process with 4 TB chocolate powder (cacao)
- 4 TB of sweetener (I prefer agave or something liquid but have used soaked dates)
- Process til smooth. (Add water only if needed) DONE
